29th Annual Lake Berryessa Open Water Swim

Thank you for swimming or your interest in the Lake Berryessa race.

On behalf of Mother Nature, we apologize for the windy conditions. But what can we do? Wind happens on lakes.

Here is a summary of the race:

Despite the challenges, 602 swam the one mile race, 422 competed in the two miler and 50 swam the 500-yard event.

Participants came from 12 states:

Washington, D.C.
Hawaii
Illinois
Indiana
Minnesota
Nevada
Oregon
Pennsylvania
Rhode Island
and Washington.
