Rick Powers

Rick took over the reins at DAM in June, 2001 after coaching for 35 years at the club, high school, and university levels, as well as the national teams of 6 different countries. Rick's former swimmers have participated in six Olympic Games and many other international meets. Many of his swimmers were in the Top 16 U.S. age group rankings, Junior National finalists and Senior National qualifiers. Rick has given clinics in 25 countries, written articles for swimming magazines both in the US and overseas and speaks four languages.
