- May 21 - The Police Chief informs DAM and DARTS that reopening city pools now hinges on DARTS and DAM acquiring additional liability insurance to cover COVID cases. The City will not allow any programming rentals in public polls until "Public Pools" are allowed to re-open.
- May 27 - DAM and DARTS learn we will be required to sign new Hold Harmless documents for the City. We also learn that DAM and DART staff have been banned from any access to the City pools including our office and storage until these insurance documents are processed and signed.
