Head Coach's Message

Thank you to everyone who filled out the survey I sent out a couple of weeks ago. This gives me some great insight into what people are looking for in their training and experience at DAM.

I wanted to let you in on the results from a few of the general training questions. Over 78% of people answered a 4 or 5 on the questions: How interested are you in making changes to your strokes and How important is technique (learning the proper form for each stroke). This tells me that technique is very important to the majority of our members. We will keep the technique and stroke feedback coming! Another interesting result, although not too surprising, is that over 90% of people answered 5 on the question: How important is fitness (getting/staying in shape). So while we are incorporating technique work, we will also make sure the sets are challenging and everyone is getting a great workout!

Thank you again to everyone who filled out the survey. I got a lot of great information that will make me a better coach for all of you. If you haven’t filled it out yet and would like to, click HERE.
