Head Coach's Message

I wanted to give a BIG congratulations to our two One Hour Swim champions, Leslie Westergaard and Hannah Orbach-Mandel! Leslie took first in the 80-84 category, swimming a total of 2,940 yards. Hannah took first in the 25-29 category, swimming a total of 4,875 yards. The One Hour Swim is a tough event and these ladies totally crushed it! Way to go!!

I would also like to give a shout out to all of our One Hour Swim competitors. DAM finished third overall in the medium team category with 38 athletes swimming a total of 134,115 yards. I am proud to coach a group of athletes that are brave enough to take on this challenge. Well done!
